About you
- Must receive the Baltimore First-Time Homebuyers Incentive Program.
- Household income may not exceed 80% AMI.
The home
- Must either buy a home rented and occupied for at least six months or have a household member with a disability.
- Complete City-approved counseling before making an offer, contribute at least $1,000, and occupy as the primary residence.
How to apply
- Apply and receive approval before closing; an HQS inspection is required.
