What source checked means

A lender or professional is labeled Source checked when all four are true:

1. State license or NMLS registration confirmed through an official lookup
2. Source link is live and correct
3. Contact method tested, with a response within 14 days
4. Reviewed by HomeBase within the last 90 days

Verification is not an endorsement. It means we checked the facts, not that we recommend one partner over another.
