About you
- The credit is available only with an AgFed 5/1, 7/1, or 10/1 adjustable-rate mortgage.
- AgFed membership is required. Anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in Washington, DC, and their family members can qualify for membership; employer, association, contractor, and family or household routes also exist.
- AgFed does not publish an income ceiling, minimum credit score, or fixed expiration date for this offer.
The home
- Maximum loan-to-value is 80% generally or 90% for a first-time buyer, whom AgFed defines as someone who has not owned property in the last three years.
- The property must be owner-occupied; investment and non-owner-occupied properties are excluded.
- The property may be in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia except Hawaii and Texas.
