If you complete Homebuyers Education classes, HPT can provide down payment and closing cost assistance up to a maximum amount of $5,000.


  • You must be a first time home buyer, and the desired home need to be in the city limits of Tulsa.
  • There are program limits for Debt to Income limits (Front end ratio cannot exceed 31% and back end ratio cannot exceed 43%.)
  • The are also household income limits
